**About the role**

Seeking an experienced procurement officer to work across the science division and in partnership with our corporate procurement team to support our scientists. An exciting opportunity to join EPA's science division and bring your experience of procurement and the asset management lifecycle.

**Duties**
- Provide procurement and contract management services and support; assist with monitoring, reporting and delivery of science procurement activities.
- Lead the development and implementation of the Science Division’s asset management framework.
- Manage purchase orders and maintain all contract documentation in the contract management system.
- Assist the team to undertake research, audit and analysis activities of organisational procurement and contract management duties.

**Skills and experience**
- Experience in asset management, contract management and financial systems - experience in FinanceOne is particularly desirable.
- Experience in procurement, logistics and contract management, preferably within Government is an advantage.
