**The Opportunity**:
Due to growth in their Melbourne office, this is a newly created opportunity within their FM and Asset Advisory division. Working closely with a supportive Senior Advisor, you will be involved in a broad array of projects. Typical engagements might include contracting and procurement, performance regimes, asset management and operational plans, lifecycle costing, FM and Asset Management service delivery reviews and the provision of due diligence reports.

Your common responsibilities and duties will include:

- Attendance at client meetings and taking of minutes where requested;
- Undertaking of site visits or inspections
- Analysis of data to meet engagement or deliverable requirements
- Assistance with preparation of Lifecycle models
- Preparation of draft reports aligned to MBM format and structure
- Preparation of draft specifications based on client format and structure
- Preparation of relevant sections for client business case
- Assistance in preparation of tender responses and marketing material
- Assist with general office administration

**Your Skills and Attributes**:

- Using your commercial and analytical traits, you will enjoy variety and working on project-oriented engagements.
- You will have an excellent grasp of the written language to prepare and write reports and communicate clearly to your customers
- You will have excellent attention to detail, and might show a flair for spreadsheets, maintenance planning, asset management or contracts, procurement or bid writing. Either way, the work will be tailored to your strengths as well as teach you many more new skills
- Demonstrable commercial experience across the Asset Management and FM Services procurement process, including working on specifications, KPIs and payment mechanisms, evaluation and contract negotiation. Exposure to ISO55000 or ISO41000 advantageous
- A passion to keep abreast of new changes such as IoT, BIM, data analytics, and a continuous improvement mindset
- A tertiary qualification across Building, Asset Management or Facilities Management
- Confidence, relationship-building skills and networking attributes, since this opening will deal with a myriad of internal and external stakeholders
