The Hospital Research Foundation (THRF) Group is seeking a motivated individual to join our passionate team, who are driven and have genuine connection to our cause.
Reporting to the Executive Support Manager, the Administration Services Officer is the first point of contact for our internal and external stakeholders. This role is responsible for the provision of exceptional customer service to the community. Additionally, you will provide high level administration support to our employees both at our Woodville office and our team members that work across our various sites.
**While the primary function of this role is reception duties, this isn't your ordinary receptionist role. You will have the opportunity to broaden your skills in many areas of business at THRF Group head office and beyond.**

**About you**:
To be successful in the role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a similar Reception and/or Administration role
- Experience using databases and CRMs
- Experienced and comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and public presentation skills
- Excellent written skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent customer service ethics
- Motivated with the ability to prioritise workloads
- Positive attitude
