This role is aligned to **Global Payments’ software brands **in AU/NZ including **Sentral **, **StudentPayPlus **, and **Class Creator **. Sentral is Australia’s leading school management system that tackles the diverse challenges of today’s educational landscape. StudentPayPlus is Sentral’s new convenient self-service online ordering system for canteens, uniforms and much more And Class Creator - a global leading student placement software. Our tailor-made solutions help administration staff, teachers and school leaders save valuable time to focus on improving school and student outcomes.

**About the role**

As a **Marketing Executive **you will play a key role in the Software Division Marketing team. Working closely with all members of the Marketing team, you will be exposed to a diversified portfolio of tasks and projects that provide you with experience across the broader spectrum of marketing activities, while letting you take ownership and full responsibility of specific projects overtime.

Other key areas of responsibility will include:

- Coordinating the marketing qualified lead (MQL) process in Hubspot (CRM) to ensure prospects are nurtured and created as an opportunity for the sales team;
- Coordinating the content planning for Sentral’s social media presence;
- Creating content and writing copy for highly engaging posts for both organic and paid activity;
- Ensuring data reporting is effectively working and tracking from the CRM to monitor ROI of marketing campaigns;
- Supporting the Marketing Manager with the complete management of Sentral’s conference and exhibition participation;
- Printing and production of marketing assets;
- Coordinating internal communications;
- Supporting senior members of the marketing team to launch impactful marketing campaigns including direct and digital channels.

**About you**

You may have 1-2 years’ experience or a graduate looking to start your Marketing career. You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves learning. You have excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with key stakeholders.

You will also bring:

- Familiarity and good working knowledge with marketing automation and CRM (Hubspot and Salesforce experience preferable but not essential);
- Experience managing content and engagement on social media platforms;
- A passion for events is highly desirable;
- Strong communication and writing skills;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites and G Drive Management
- An ability to multitask and manage a variety of priorities;
- Excellent organisational and planning skills;
- An ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a team environment;
- In interest in the SaaS and Technology sector;
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or any other relevant qualifications and/or experience.

This is a hybrid role with Mon - Wed office based / Thurs & Fri optional from home.
