**Inbound Sales Consultant** About The Role**

The role of an Inbound sales consultant lives at the very heart of this mission, as the first and potentially only point of contact a customer will have at Red.

In this role you will act as a brand champion, positively promoting Red’s offers,
partnerships, benefits and overall value to prospective customers who have shown interest in switching across. Customer focus is a necessity, as you will have to learn about your customers, listen to their needs and provide a tailored solution that is suited to them.

Work from a combination of the comfort of your own home and our pet friendly
Richmond office which is located in the historic Bryant & May factory within walking distance of South Yarra, Richmond and East Richmond train stations, as well as the iconic Chapel Street and the MCG.
