**Inbound Sales Consultant**

This is an inbound phone based sales role and on any given day, you’ll be speaking to people from all across Australia in many different walks of life to help them make an informed decision on their energy needs. Your job will be to build rapport with our potential customers, tailor a product or benefit to the individual and encourage them to make the switch over to Red and make sure that every customer you speak with wants to stay with us and wants to refer their friends and family.
**Important details**:
- Rotating roster, working between the hours of 8:00am - 8:00pm Monday to Friday, and the occasional Saturday between 9:00am - 5:00pm.
- Average OTE of $78,000 (A guaranteed base plus 11% super plus commissions) with strong performers earning much more.
- Work from the comfort of your own home or our incredible Bryant and May building

**What you will need to succeed in this role**:
- Ability to communicate with clarity and a friendly tone.
- Capacity to maintain focus, stamina and optimism when dealing with objections.
- Basic computer literacy and problem solving skills.
- Healthy competitive drive and desire to achieve goals and targets.
