About This Opportunity:
InComm is well known for the distribution of physical and digital gift cards available at leading retailers across Australia, New Zealand and around the globe, as well as distribution into Incentives, Rewards & Recognition verticals.

Based in Melbourne, InComm Australia & New Zealand are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic individual ready to take the next step in their career as
**Digital Account Manager** partnering with our B2B, Corporate and Retail clients.

We want to engage the right people looking for career progression and learning, with broad exposure into business, cards, retail, digital, payments and who want to collaborate with the biggest retailer and gift card brands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow relationships with existing and new accounts identifying growth opportunities.
- Act as key contact between your Accounts and internal divisions at InComm, including Digital Operations, Product team, Accounting/Finance, Legal, IT and Reporting teams.
- Create joint business plans and track sales to ensure targets are being achieved.
- Plan promotional calendars, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and promotions collaborating closely with stakeholders to achieve and analyze results.
- Conduct regular account updates, undertake strategic planning and reviews with key contacts.
- Execute range reviews and manage the launch of new products and programs within your retailer and business accounts.
- Drive investigation and resolution of incidents and reconciliation queries.
- Understand data, trends, industry research and recommend ideas to increase sales, distribution, product mix or improve operations with your accounts.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years business experience, preferable in client-facing, customer-focused and/or service-oriented roles. Retail or Hospitality sector experience highly regarded.
- Previous Account Management/Sales experience an advantage, but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal and engagement skills with the ability to collaborate across different teams, internal and external stakeholders.
- Confident communicator with the willingness to learn and ambition to succeed.
- Highly organised, able to manage and prioritise multiple activities and tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to take ownership and ability to drive activities from start to completion.
- Collaborative, logical thinker with an eye for details.
- Proactive initiative-taker able to work equally well independently or as part of a team, in a fast-paced, time critical environment.
