**Our Client**

Our client is a property group that act on behalf of their clients (major financial and government institutions and Trustees) to facilitate property disposals and acquisitions across Australia

**Duties**

Working in an office of ambitious and passionate young professionals, your role is essentially to manage a portfolio of Trustee clients who own property throughout Australia.

You will be responsible for ensuring properties have compliance works completed for our trustee clients portfolio. Compliance items are on a recurring basis either annually or biennial.

You will also be required to assist in maintenance jobs on an as needed basis. These are repair works are considered one off works and are strictly upon request by clients.

Tasks will include:

- Liaising with stakeholders -trustee clients, tradespersons and suppliers on a regular basis
- Manage a large portfolio of compliance jobs on a nationwide basis (this will include management of current compliant properties as well as those coming due for inspection/ testing)
- Ensuring that compliance jobs are being completed end to end
- Assist in ad hoc maintenance jobs (as required by management)
- Generally office coordination tasks (answering calls, stationary order, mail, ad hoc duties)

**Specific requirements**

They are seeking an energetic individual with minimum 1 year experience in property management or 2 years as a PA or EA to property manager. Happy to consider backgrounds ranging from repairs & maintenance, property coordination or strata management. They will support and train staff, but we need to start with someone that truly wants it.
- Impeccable customer service
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (must be comfortable on the phone)
- Great multi tasking, organisation and time management skills
- Ability to think analytically and use initiative
- Intermediate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
