The Kitchenette Supply Coordinator is responsible for managing and delivering consumable supplies to kitchenettes and break areas within a facility and across multiple locations. This role ensures that all kitchenettes are well-stocked with essential items, including snacks, beverages, paper products, and cleaning supplies. The Coordinator will also monitor inventory levels, help place orders as needed, and collaborate with vendors to maintain supply chain efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Regularly check stock levels in kitchenettes, identify needs, and help place orders to replenish consumables.
- **Delivery and Restocking**: Transport and deliver consumables to various kitchenettes or break areas, ensuring timely and accurate restocking.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Work with suppliers to manage orders and handle discrepancies.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect products for quality upon delivery and address any issues related to damaged or expired items.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain records of inventory levels, orders, deliveries, and usage to track consumption patterns and adjust stock levels accordingly.
- **Maintenance Support**: Report any issues with kitchenette equipment or supplies to the appropriate maintenance personnel for resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- Clear drivers licence
- Prior experience in supply chain, inventory management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and transport supplies as needed.
- Good communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal staff.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and record-keeping.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry items up to 20kg.
- Comfortable with standing, walking, and driving as part of daily duties.
- Must be an Australian citizen
- Must be able to follow direction

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $22.45 - $32.06 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
