**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Provide in-depth commercial analysis and decision-making support in regards to the operational activity and financial performance of Centurion’s various business units
- Actively drive operational cost initiatives through identification, execution, support and reporting
- Review performance against business cases - Full contract review as well as contract variation review
- Act as a trusted business partner in providing advice and insight to senior management
- Assess new business initiatives to support and drive business performance
- Aid the management team in developing key indicators of performance as they relate to financial matters
- Prepare budgets and forecasts, capital investment and business case justifications - Complete monthly P&L variance analysis
- Analysis and explanation of weekly / monthly results
- Establish analytical tools to analyse revenue drivers, and explain revenue trends
- Payload optimisation reporting to ensure optimisation of revenue billing
- Preparation of board submissions in respect of operations requiring board approval i.e. divestments
- Ad hoc analysis as requested to provide decision support
- Cyclical forecasting and budgeting
- Establish and enforce internal control structure within the business

**Skills & Experience**
- Skilled in tendering, pricing, contract review, contract management, business systems and process improvement.
- Ability and confidence to communicate and present analytical findings in a concise, insightful and simplistic manner
- Proven ability to add value to an organisation’s financial success
- Demonstrated track record of enhancing an organization's financial performance through strategic initiatives and efficient resource allocation.
- Exceptional business insight, adept at understanding market dynamics and leveraging opportunities to drive growth while meeting tight schedules and targets.
- Established proficiency in fostering positive relationships with diverse stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, ensuring alignment of objectives and effective collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities coupled with analytical prowess, enabling effective identification, analysis, and resolution of complex issues to optimize processes and outcomes.
- Proven adaptability to driving and implementing process improvements, streamlining workflows, and fostering a culture of innovation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written, facilitating effective conveyance of ideas, plans, and results to various audiences, from executive leadership to frontline staff.
