Our client is seeking for multiple **APS5 Case Management Support Officers** to join the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Case Management Branch.

**About the Role**:
The APS5 will be a contributor to workflow management. They will be expected to work to understand the end-to-end functions of the section - including those within the other two streams, and to work under the APS 6 team leader within the section to contribute to its overall function and success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Researching and drafting responses for complaints, Ministerial and other documents as required.
- Analysing and assessing AAT Applications received by the NDIA.
- Managing the requests for medical and functional assessments.
- Preparing and filing Tribunal documents as required for AAT Applications received by the AAB within strict time frames.
- Assessing and responding to risk from processes, including in terms of privacy considerations and priority.

**Skills and Experience**
**Key skills required for role/s**:

- Attention to detail.
- Computer literacy
- The ability to produce work in a deadline driven environment.
- High organisational / administrative abilities
- Methodical and process driven.
- Inquisitive and problem-solving approach.
- **Paralegal or similar (law student / legal admin) background is highly desirable.**
