**The role**

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to lead and guide a team of Regulatory Officers in our Quality Assessment team.

**About You**

With your blend of expertise in regulatory operations, quality assessment, and team leadership, you will be able to navigate complex issues and present information effectively based on the intended purpose and audience.

You will be confident working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities, ensuring consistency and compliance in early childhood services.

The Education Standards Board (ESB) is the independent statutory authority that regulates early childhood services and registers schools to improve education and care outcomes for children and young people in South Australia.

**Special conditions**
- Full time term vacancy, offered on a 12-month contract.
