As a Compliance Coordinator, your role is to ensure all aspects of compliance, including systems, statutory requirements, and overall contract compliance, are achieved through a flexible and adaptable approach. Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring compliance with systems, statutory requirements, and contract obligations.
- Efficiently executing tasks and services as per BGIS's engagement terms with the Client.
- Meeting WHS and site access requirements for BGIS engaged contractors.
- Managing and maintaining the CMMS system to capture all Preventative work orders for the site(s).
- Collecting information and documentation to enable accurate reporting of service deliverables related to WHS and Preventative Maintenance.
- Ensuring the accuracy of site listings within the CMMS system.
- Supporting and assisting the Account Manager, Operations Managers, and Facilities Managers with daily tasks. Ensuring all stakeholders adhere to OHS&E policies and procedures.

What Are the Essential Qualifications, Industry Experience, and Technical Expertise Required?

**Knowledge / Experience**:

- Extensive experience in property or corporate real estate, or at a senior level in a similarly complex industry.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated business planning and high-level financial skills.
- Knowledge of building services and general building maintenance.
- Experience in subcontract management and/or facilities management, preferably in an outsourcing services environment.
- Strong background in Contract Administration, reporting, and database management.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and report on property/facility and financial information and trends, including the development and reporting of KPIs.
- Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization and the client’s organization.
- Ability to work effectively with clients at various levels of seniority and build positive business relationships.
- Ability to prioritize work within tight deadlines.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Financial, budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring proficiency.
- Well-organized and methodical approach to work.
- Technical knowledge of building services and construction, including relevant legislation and standards.
- Experience working within environments using QA, OH&S, and environmental systems.
- Ability to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible, innovative approach to problems and opportunities.
