The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to motivate and coordinate a team of compliance professionals. With a focus on providing a professional, responsive, and efficient approach to education and enforcement, this role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, motivate, and coordinate the Compliance Team, including Rangers, Animal Shelter, and Development Compliance
  • Educate and provide advice to internal and external stakeholders
  • Investigate, gather evidence, and enforce compliance of relevant legislation
  • Develop, implement, and review policies, procedures, and work practices to support safe and efficient operations
  • Monitor and report on team activities and performance
