The Travel Corporation (AAT Kings) are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Sydney team, based in Alexandria on a permanent, full-time basis. The Continuous Improvement Manager will assist the Business in driving and motivating the business and Operations Teams to achieve best practice, increase sales performance & exemplary customer service across our AAT Kings group.

**The Role**

This role reports into the GM Sales & Revenue and supports the Business and Operations Teams broadly across the AAT Kings Group. The role of Continuous Improvement Manager is to assess, monitor, and enhance business performance for our organization. In this role, you will analyse current practices and develop business process improvements as well as implement changes in workflows, systems and teams to ensure continuous company performance.

As a talented Continuous Improvement Manager with previous experience in in Project management, coaching and development of a team in a sales, operations and contact centre environment, your specific responsibilities will include:
**Project Management**:

- Coordinate internal resources and key stakeholders for the flawless execution of all projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Project planning and management
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage relationships within the contact centre and all departments
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with Trade Partners
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

**Contact Centre Support**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with contact centre and all departments
- Review statistics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Assist leaders with their department project plans
- Team Performance Management and Development

EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in Project management
- Previous experience in the ongoing coaching and development of a team in a sales, operations and contact centre environment and related proven results.
- Demonstrated management and supervisory capability and skills that achieved desired successful business outcomes

KNOWLEDGE
- Ability to support, coach and develop staff to achieve targets and goals
- Broad Sales and Customer Service ethic within a large customer-based organisation
- Knowledge and experience with computer software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
