About the role

Reporting to the Director of Waste Reduction, this transformational role will work with internal and external stakeholders nationally to strategically drive and build continuous improvement capability and consistency throughout our Donor Engagement & Experience business unit.

As a Leader of a small team, you’ll coach and lead the team to identify priority improvement areas of waste, time in centre, efficiency, and other operational metrics, and use judgement to prioritise improvement activities, while ensuring alignment with the vision and key priorities for our Donor Centres.

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your leadership capabilities and expertise in lean practices to drive continuous improvement initiatives and outcomes to uplift our customer experience.

Experience with either Lean, Six-Sigma and Agile ways of working

Proven ability to identify, evaluate and execute national cross function improvement initiatives

Capability in managing transformational improvement projects to uplift employee and customer experience

Leadership experience with demonstrated ability in building and managing nationally disperse teams and driving accountability

Experience with navigating and influencing senior leadership across functions and preparing material for executive level submission

This is a fixed term, full time parental leave cover until March 2024, with the opportunity to work in a hybrid work model of WFH and from our office in either Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth or Brisbane.
