**The Role**: We are looking for a Compliance & Administration Officer to join our team full-time.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate, administer, and support all employee and subcontractor compliance requirements in line with National Employment Standards, Fair Work Practices, and relevant Awards.
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end subcontractor onboarding process.
- Update human resources information systems, including Worx Safety, and manage documentation for internal and client compliance registers.
- Ensure all business documentation is up to date on client portals.
- Oversee ongoing subcontractor compliance, conducting regular checks and audits.
- Oversee internal employee and external subcontractor compliance in WORX Safety platform.
- Manage the induction process for clients across various compliance platforms, ensuring that all internal employees and subcontractors are compliant before engagement.
- Manage new client onboarding across multiple compliance platforms, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
- Provide administrative support to the HR & Operations team.
**About You**:
- Demonstrated qualities of integrity, respect, and excellence.
- Ability to set the standard of behaviour and tone within the business.
- Extremely organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, program efficiently, and plan effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgement in advising managers and others on sensitive issues.
- Ability to undertake investigative research to obtain, clarify, and validate information.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
**Preferred Experience**:
- Experience in managing compliance requirements for both employees and subcontractors
- Experience in maintaining and updating human resources information systems and compliance registers
- Ability to manage and oversee records such as Police and Working with Children’s check
- Previous business administration experience.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Worx Safety (desirable).
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation, industry awards, and codes of practices, including applicable safety standards.
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
