**About the role**

Operate and grow Standards Australia’s revenue streams through existing channel partners, the operation and strategic growth of our external consulting and capacity building group, and the identification of new opportunities that create value and generate sustainable net revenue.

This role will lead a team in the delivery of new revenue generating opportunities beyond traditional products and markets, and ensuring they are aligned to Standards Australia’s purpose and charter.

**What you'll do**
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies aligned with Standards Australia’s strategic plan
- Collaborate with channel partners to identify untapped revenue streams and optimise existing ones
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing channel partners, understanding their needs and supporting plans to enable their success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and nurture partners effectively including optimising internal review structures for sales quotes and market opportunities requiring support
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, in budget and in alignment with and beyond partner expectations
- Ensure a strong funnel and pipeline of opportunities for future project delivery work
- Identify growth opportunities beyond current markets, both domestically and internationally
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote Standards Australia’s solutions globally
- Evaluate ROI and adjust strategies based on performance metrics

**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of ten years’ experience in commercial management with experience operating commercially within a third sector or mission driven environment
- Proven track record in revenue growth, business development, or related roles in a context similar to that of Standards Australia
- Experience working with channel partners, understanding their dynamics, and negotiating win-win agreements
- Familiarity with standards, regulations, or certification processes is advantageous
- Strong negotiating, influencing and relationship building skills combined with good numeracy, analytical and organisational capabilities
- Experience within the not-for-profit sector
