High profile community service organisation is looking for the immediate skills of an experienced Accounts Receivable and Collections expert to join the finance team. **Your Opportunity**

This exciting contract opportunity would suit an experienced Accounts Administrator with **accounts receivable / collections** officer experience or an ability to do this using your strong accounting and **communication skills**.

The role will also add value around reporting and process improvement, whilst managing the day-to-day AR responsibilities including debtor management, data entry and control, payment plan management, reconciliations, monthly reporting and collections.

You will use your exceptional communication skills to be a first point of contact for customers around receivables, and your stakeholder management skills to provide accurate and meaningful reporting and help clients understand outstanding debts and help resolve collection issues.

**Your Profile**

You must be able to get to the role every day on site, start with a few days notice, and commit for the six month period. It may extend.

You must have proven skills to talk to customers re outstanding invoices, manage your time and administration and add value to the finance team with mínimal guidance and supervision. It is a hands on role and you must enjoy the administration and accounts assistance and collections side of the role.

You might be on a WHV and ready to hit the ground running and use your accounting skills to add value to an AR and revenue team **OR **you enjoy working in collections and AR, from data entry to reporting and collections, and have recent experience.

Must be able to commence by 13th November or sooner and commit until June 2024.

You must either live close to the office **OR** travelling to the North side of the city every day is not an issue. There are buses to the location plus street parking near by.

Ideally you would have worked in a community based organisation so you know the right style to use to get AR/Collections results, with influence and empathy.

This role is paying commensurate with relevant experience and a guide is $32-$38 ph depending on experience.
