About the Role:

Working your 6-month contract, you'll join a high performing team of Corporate Support Officers dedicated to providing efficient administrative support to various departments across the Ergon Energy and Energex Network as part of Energy Queensland.

Day to day, you will utilize your high level of interpersonal skills when providing support to our field leaders and employees with time sheeting, labor costing analysis, processing corporate card transactions, purchasing, and monitoring, sweeping, and assigning web work requests and work order requests.

You will respond to a varied range of inquiries across multi-channel communication platforms including phone, email, and face to face with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

You will receive comprehensive training, coaching, and mentoring throughout your journey to set you up for success.

About You:

You thrive working in a fast-paced team environment and have proven organizational and time management skills.

You have strong verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and confidently and when solving problems, follow through to resolution.

You're self-motivated and work proactively to deliver work autonomously with a commitment to embracing new learnings and processes within a fast-paced environment.

Ideally, you hold a Certificate IV in Business Administration or have demonstrated experience and capability within an administrative environment and the ability to gain the knowledge of corporate information, administrative systems, and processes.

The position has been evaluated as Administrative Employee Grade 5 (AE05), Energy Queensland Retail Union Collective Agreement 2020
