**Who you are**

This is an outstanding opportunity for a confident, experienced administrator to ensure the effective management of administrative, operational, and research support functions within an IAESS Centre.

**What you'll do**

In this critical role, you will provide a high level of administrative support to the Centre Director and Research Program Teams, to contribute towards achieving Department, Division and University goals. **What will help you succeed**

Your success will be your energy and initiative, combined with your significant experience in a professional field. Additionally, you will have:

- Demonstrated ability to provide high quality services in and advice to a research support environment, including experience in database management, report development;
- Demonstrated expertise in professional support including project management and the ability to undertake investigation and professionally draft, edit and proof documentation such as reports, briefing papers, general correspondence, and submissions;
- Demonstrated ability to achieve positive relationships with clients and researchers through a proactive customer relationship management approach.

**Salary**:Total remuneration range $97,272 to $105,349 pa (includes salary range of $82,190 to $89,015 pa, employer super contributions of 17% and annual leave loading)
