**Federal Government** client is seeking to engage in multiple full time
**APS4 3P Support Officers** for a
**12 month contract** with potential extension in their fantastic office locations in
**Richmond or Geelong.**

**About the Team**

The 3P Transition Branch has been established to prepare Service Delivery to transition successfully from current processes using SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management), to a 3P service model and use of PACE.
The 3P Transition Operational Readiness Team focus on ensuring the business and staff are ready for 3P transition, and Service Delivery is ready to operate in the new environment. They work closely with leadership across service delivery to confirm that readiness activities are completed and act as a conduit to bridge gaps in readiness.

**About the Role**

The
**APS4 3P Support Officers** will provide operational and administrative support to confirm alignment and readiness to the 3P transition, making sure the 3P transition enhances the Agency's operations and doesn't hinder them.

**Key skills required for role/s**:

- Good understanding and experience using a variety of systems/digital platforms
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and in a virtual team environment.

**Desirable skills to have for the role/s**:

- Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders (from team)
- Data entry experience

**Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:

- Providing advice, procedural guidance and administrative support to staff and stakeholders.
- Assisting with data remediation and analysis on relevant project activities.
- Assisting and supporting regular project reporting including status updates and exception reports.
- Building rapport and maintain stakeholder relationships to support the delivery of projects.
- Managing, collating, interpreting and analysing data to produce reports and dashboards that inform strategic and operational planning.
- Undertaking project activities including related administrative tasks and functions.

It is highly desirable that the successful applicant understand or lived experience in the field of disability.
