**The Company**
Our client is a dynamic accounting firm located near Hawthorn. Due to a promotion within the business, they are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Client Services Administrator to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, and will assist the broader accounting team.

**Your duties may include**:

- Maintaining the client database such as updating client information
- Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office on behalf of clients in regards to general enquiries
- Notice of Assessments
- Preparing letters and other documentation
- Scheduling meetings and ensuring the meeting rooms are available
- Any other adhoc administrative tasks as required by the Accountants & Partners

**You will have**:

- At least 2 years’ experience working in Australia in professional services or a corporate environment
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office Suite, MYOB AO, HowNow
- Public practice experience would be advantageous
- Tech savvy and able to pick up new systems and processes'
