Our client is a part of the country’s biggest real estate brands, and they sell and manage property in Australia’s fastest growing property markets. An opportunity has opened to join the team and work alongside the Operations and HR Manager to learn the ropes of real estate. Based in a stunning multi storey corporate office with break outs spaces, training days and team building activities this business has all the polish of a corporate group with the culture of a family run business.

**What will you be doing in this role**:
***
Working one on one with the Operations and HR Manager you will help with the day to day running of the office, onboarding new staff and working on exciting projects to support the sales, property management and leasing teams. This is the perfect entry point into real estate with guaranteed progression in 12 months.
- Manage all inbound calls and greet guests
- Manage meeting rooms, coordinate refreshments for clients
- Order kitchen and office supplies, water the office plants
- Data entry and database management
- Organise team building events, meetings and catering
- Set up for new staff and welcome them to the team
- Order office equipment, business cards, book staff photos
- Confirm appointments and schedule interviews
- Ad hoc admin tasks to support the team
- Attend sales, leasing and property management team meetings
- A genuine passion for real estate
- Highly organised with a willingness to learn
- Experience working in an office environment
- A current Certificate of Registration or currently completing the course
- Immaculate presentation
- Tech savvy and willing to learn new systems
