**Operations Team Leader**

We require an **Operations Team Leader**.

This position would suit someone with general management and planning skills who has interest in working in a unique manufacturing environment. Planning, problem solving and staff management skills are key to being successful in this position.

**Duties**
- Scheduling and communicating those schedules to team leaders and others and managing potential schedule conflicts and other issues.
- Dealing with challenging manufacturing issues, problem solving, and recommending solutions to management on how to address those issues.
- Using various material requirements planning (MRP) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) to manage resources including the tracking of parts and orders.
- Advising management on the effectiveness of schedules and production, making recommendations, where appropriate.
- Contributing to the development of key performance indicators and performance measures.
- Coordinating the implementation of schedule and liaising with others in the Mint to ensure that production demands are met.
- Supporting teams leaders with their management of staff and ensuring that standards, policies and procedures are followed. Giving feedback as necessary.
- Preparing procedures, work instructions and reports.
- Facilitating and drafting risk assessments and related activities.
- Developing and demonstrating relevant management skills to operate at higher levels.
- Administrative tasks.

**Qualification**
- Relevant degree and trade (desirable)

**Security clearance**
- NV1 security clearance
