**About the company**

You will be working for a highly reputable IT Deployment & IT Asset-Management company who has a considerable volume of key projects booked for 2023.**About the role**

In this unique role you will be providing technical support with a substantial desktop installation project across key sites in Sydney.
- You will provide technical assistance and level 1 support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Resolve basic technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN) and other systems
- You will also be responsible for the de-installation of old desktops, basic installation of new desktops, waste removal & Asset Recovery Services of collection from site, receive & process into the warehouse.**Skills & experience**
- **1 year exp. in desktop support or a related field**:

- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, MacOS & Linux
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to physically lift 20kg for boxes, unpacking & repacking
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- **Valid Driver's License**:
