Desktop Support level 2 - Macquarie Park - $45 + super per hour
**Your new company**
This private organisation is based in Macquarie Park and is currently seeking a Level 2 Desktop Support Officer. You will be one of the key support points providing on-call and face-to-face support. This will initially be a 3-6-month contract which will most likely be extended. You will be joining a vibrant and friendly team. This is an immediate start, mostly working onsite. A driving licence is required as you might be asked to go to a different site.
**Your new role**
As a Desktop Support Officer, you will support users with Level 2 technical issues, including Desktop in a O365 environment. You will have experience providing level 2 support, face to face and over the phone. You will have experience with Azure and Intune and SharePoint. They are currently using ServiceNow ticketing system and receive around 20 tickets per day. You must be an independent worker and be able to provide face to face support in the office when people require help.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least 2 years’ experience in Desktop support
- Strong experience working in a O365 environment
- Strong experience with Intune IOS (iPhone and iPad)
- Exposure with Azure
- Experience with SharePoint
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Be comfortable working independently
- Hold an NSW driving licence
- Happy to work fully onsite
