A full time, permanent opportunity has become available in our Bupa Dental Contract Management & Governance team, reporting into the Head of Contract Management & Governance. **This is a hybrid role and can be based out of our CBD office locations when not working from home.
As the Process Management Lead you will be responsible for maintaining the Business Process Management System (BPMS) across Bupa Dental. The role is responsible for the development and delivery of the BPMS roadmap, that brings together Processes, Procedures and Work Instructions to support the Health Services Quality Management System (QMS) strategy.

**How will I help?
Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:

- Capture current and changing material processes to protect financials, customer, reputation and the compliance, risk and control environment.
- Support Bupa Dentals Leadership Teams by leveraging processes/ systems/ capabilities in Bupa Dental that can be standardised to drive continuous improvement.
- Influence teams to change ways of working, processes, procedures/work instructions, risk, and control management to streamline the BPMS.
- Ensure Process Classification Framework is in place and is fit for purpose to execute the BPMS and deliver quality execution at scale and on time.
- Effective management of Stakeholder and alignment of priorities with business priorities.
- Advocate the importance of adherence to BPMS requirements and ensure documented processes and artefacts are housed correctly in a variety of systems, and are kept accurate and up to date

**What do I need?**
- Tertiary qualifications in business, process management, or a related discipline.
- Experience in quality management roles in large organisations. Experience in health care, dental, insurance, and / or financial services will be highly regarded
- Significant experience to influence and drive change across peers, broader business stakeholders from a variety of divisional/functional backgrounds.
- Strong analytical, verbal, process, and written reporting skills to communicate concepts and deliver meaningful information. Well-developed commercial acumen and proactive problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-moving collaborative culture with emphasis on achieving results and successful outcomes through consultation and collaboration.
- Significant experience in leading the facilitation of presentations and workshops with senior stakeholders.
- A proven track record of effective stakeholder management and successfully driving outcomes. Demonstrated ability to drive engagement, creating an environment that ensures people are engaged, motivated, informed, and on-board with the organisation’s direction, goals, and activities.
- Significant ability to communicate in a way that acknowledges commercial overlay.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, developing and distributing communications that are succinct, clear, and accurate and tailored to stakeholders of different levels.
- Strong project management skills with experience working across strategy and delivery.
- The ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure combined with careful attention to detail.
- Proven ability to create and deliver roadmaps and change plans and process optimisation.
- A brave, caring, and responsible mindset where any challenge can be overcome with creativity and collaboration.
