The role you could play

We are seeking a Funding Allocations Coordinator to record accurate allocation of funding received from Government in collaboration with Contract Service Coordinators. You will proactively assist service managers and finance staff to complete timely reports and acquittals.

Duties
- Review agreements to identify, itemise and record funding allocations within the Contract Management database (Nimblex)
- Ensure timely upload of information is transferred to the Financial system
- Ensure all financial reporting documents are recorded against the agreement, notifying Finance and other staff when necessary
- Work with PRSJ Contract Services team members in areas of expertise
- Manage documentation through the Zendesk system
- Work with Finance to advise on budgets forecasts and spend profiles
- Experience, (3 years plus) in a financial role
- Tertiary level qualification in relevant discipline or experience in related field
- Advanced spreadsheet skills will be an advantage
- Understanding budgets, spend profiles and indexations
- Understanding contract terms and conditions is desirable
