We are now looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, reporting to our Head of Marketing who will execute a customer centric strategy focused on the direct marketing customer lifecycle, driven by data, insights and business objectives.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Developing the lifecycle marketing strategy and driving key projects to completion, while achieving targets
- Building robust processes and improve ROI/KPI performance by leveraging marketing automation and personalisation technology solutions
- Driving opportunities for each of the key customer lifecycle stages, testing different and relevant communications
- Develop individual customer strategies ie. Communication touch points and journey priorities, incentives, engagement and content for each lifecycle stage
- Provide guidance and support to the development of the Digital roadmap, ensuring customer lifecycle and communication priorities are represented
- Work with stakeholders to develop comprehensive campaign briefs including design requirements, audience selection, timelines, multivariate testing, campaign automation and post campaign reporting requirements

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience in a corporate Marketing Automation or CRM specialist role
- Demonstrated experience in creation of CRM strategies and campaign management.
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills to be able to identify, prioritise and articulate high impact initiatives.
- The ability to lead projects and deliver to multiple deadlines.
- Innate problem-solving skills, with the ability to combine an innovative approach with sound commercial ideas.
- A strong technical understanding of campaign lifecycle and reporting platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau and Google Analytics.
- Amazing analytical skills, with strong attention detail and the ability to problem solve and innovate
- Excellent people management and mentoring skills.
