Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and lead marketing communications projects
  • Manage project timelines and ensure successful delivery within deadlines
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts and track key performance metrics
  • Leverage insights and data to inform strategies that drive B2B and B2C engagement
  • Produce and implement multichannel marketing communication strategies across website, social media, internal and external communication channels, and marketing collateral at franchisee and corporate level
  • In collaboration with the Brand Marketing Lead, assist with the execution of new marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives and brand guidelines
  • Curate case studies to showcase successful marketing strategies used locally by franchisees, to further encourage best practice marketing to entire franchise network
  • Manage and provide guidance to the Communications & Content Manager on output, strategies and projects, ensuring trenddriven and engaging content at all times
  • Identify real estate market trends and growth opportunities to inform future strategies
  • Provide training and education to the franchise network and field network questions via an online ticketing system regarding marketing communications, content and social media best practice

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required
  • At least 46 years of experience in marketing and/or communications, or a related field
  • Experience working in the real estate industry
  • Experience in managing a team and working crossfunctionally is highly valued
  • Strong understanding of brand and marketing strategy, storytelling and social media
  • Ability to analyse real estate market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategy and decisionmaking for future marketing output
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional and interstate teams
  • Ability to present creative ideas effectively to senior management and key stakeholders
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to marketplace challenges
  • Strong project management skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality and attention to detail
