We are now seeking a highly skilled Senior Growth Marketing Manager.

As a Growth Marketing expert, you will spearhead our global growth initiatives, focusing on scaling our premium travel deals and enhancing customer acquisition and retention. This role demands creativity and a data-driven approach to propel our brand to new heights in the competitive travel industry. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. 
  • Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Analytics, Customer Marketing, CRM, content & Product managers to enhance marketing campaigns and customer experience through experimentation across the entire customer lifecycle 
  • Running campaigns and testing new channels in a methodical and iterative manner. 
  • Leverage data analytics to track campaign performance and optimise strategies. 
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies to capitalise on emerging marketing technologies and platforms. 
  • Develop and implement the marketing campaigns for new and existing products in line with company objectives 
  • Implement a focused customer acquisition plan and customer engagement and retention strategy 
  • Review the customer funnel and consistently drive projects to optimize sales performance 

About You:

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably in the travel, e-commerce, or tech sectors. 
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in using data to inform marketing strategies. 
  • Creative mindset with a track record of executing innovative marketing campaigns. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, user segmentation, and campaign optimisation techniques.  
  • A broad range of marketing experience (including digital) with a passion to deliver compelling campaigns from inception through delivery and to performance analysis 
  • A roll your sleeves up mentality that can see opportunity in ambiguity.
