Customer Service Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Customer Service Administrator - Covenants **to join our team in Brisbane head office. As one of the largest developers in South-East Queensland, QM Properties prides itself on ensuring there are quality development guidelines employed for each community it develops.
Reporting to the Covenants Manager, the Customer Service Administrator is responsible for the administration of each estate specific covenant to ensure and maintain a consistently and high quality and standard of product for the QM Group and their customers.
The role also is responsible for facilitating the transfer of estate covenants to prospective buyers in order to maintain the standard and quality of the estate and QM Brand.
**Task & Responsibilities**:
- Processing Covenant Approval letters and issuing approvals to owners and builders
- Monitor, process and issue on-sale Covenants to Sales Agents and Owners
- Preparation and issuance of congratulations/settlement letters with assistance of Reception staff
- Assess landscaping incentives and provide information/feedback to Covenants Manager for review
- Assess Bond releases (Golf Course) and provide information including photos/feedback to Covenants Manager for review
- Updating systems and spreadsheet/write-offs for landscape incentives and bond releases
- regular inspections of QM Land Developments to facilitate covenant compliance including updating systems and preparation of reports
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- 2+ years relevant industry experience with a residential development or home builder business preferred but not essential.
- Experience in a customer facing role.
- Demonstrated ability to work with and manage systems, workflow, and data in a timely manner
- Track record of working with external stakeholders and managing relationships within a collaborative team environment.
- Current drivers licence required and own reliable vehicle.
