About the role
This role offers an opportunity to work in a structured and supportive environment, where you will be provided with training and guidance around internal process and business systems, ERP and date systems, vendor and suppliers.
This is an opportunity to start in a customer service environment with the vision to have you progress across into a service administration role within 12 months, where you will be required to deal with all internal and external stakeholders.
Duties
- Source or deal with suppliers and vendors
- Data enter and maintain system integrity
- Support external and internal stakeholders
- Prepare documentation for sales staff and managers
Skills and Experience
- Have a background with inbound enquires in an engineering or industrial products environment
- Have proficient Microsoft word, Excel and ERP data entry skills
- Can multitask across workshop service, customer enquires and sales during busy periods
- Have a desire to progress your career
- Have sound verbal and written communication skills
