**Job description**:
**The Opportunity**
We are looking for a part time, 3 days per week
**Technical Systems Trainer** to join the Commercial Team and support training initiatives. This is a fixed term role until 31 December 2023 working 3 days per week based in the Melbourne CBD office.
The overall purpose of the role is to ensure that the Training Services Calendar and training program initiatives are delivered in line with the overall objectives of this organisation and their clients training services. You will be responsible for and expected to conduct a variety of training including walkthoughs, TTT and end user training.
You will conduct systems training sessions using materials designed for a wide range of participants associated with a ticketing system. You will also be responsible for the development of courses and associated training materials including user guides and other training documentation. It is expected that you will work collaboratively with members of the training team to write training materials based on training objectives, develop job aids, user guides and other supporting material.
**Other responsibilities include;**
- Scheduling training, issue and monitor invitations and attendance
- Prepare devices and training facilities
- Deliver training
- Maintain training records
- Report to Senior Manager on attendance, progress, issues etc.
- Provide operational administration of SharePoint training document repository
**To be considered for this role you will demonstrate;**
- 3-5 years experience within a similar role
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Knowledge in;
- Adult learning principles
- Presentation skills
- Systems Training
- E-learning/digital learning resources
- Capacity to learn quickly
- Proven ability to develop training materials
- Ability to write well using instructional design principles
- Highly developed skills in MS Office including Word and PowerPoint
