About the role
You will be a passionate and IT focused Systems Trainer working across RPV's Information Management systems. In this role you will be reporting to the Information Systems Training and Communications Manager, and will be responsible for managing and delivering webinar training and induction sessions for ‘off the shelf' and customised IT systems.
RPV is looking for an enthusiastic trainer with as much energy as they have technical knowledge with different software systems. You don't need experience with all the specific systems below, but if you have experience with the system types, that's great. In this role you will be supported and encouraged to innovate as well as well as continuously improve and keep up to date with new system and process changes and upgrades.
As a Systems Trainer you will be expected to collaborate and work closely with RPV stakeholders across the organisation to ensure each training session is completed to a high standard. The role will also require you to develop and create detailed but easy to follow training materials.
About you
You will have experience in delivering software training to a diverse range of users in a corporate setting, delivering group training sessions for desktop and web client systems. You will possess knowledge and experience across the planning and implementation of training programs, designing, and developing training materials, guides and session plans.
