About the Role
We are seeking an experienced clinician such as a Registered Nurse or other health discipline to join our Digital Health Training and Adoption team as a Principal Trainer.
The Principal trainer role is responsible for the development and delivery of training for digital systems, including the EMR, and digital devices.
A large focus is on EMR training, and digital system and device training for the Victorian Heart Hospital due to open in late February 2023.
As a member of our collaborative team, the Principle Trainer will develop training plans, create training content, develop training materials, conduct training webinars for our EMR and broader digital system training and adoption programs.
The Principal Trainer delivers high quality training and support to a broad range of end users including clinical and non-clinical staff across the Monash Health sites.
The EMR and Digital Health system Principal Trainer engages with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Digital Health Training and Adoption programs meet the needs of Monash Health staff, preparing them and providing ongoing support to use digital systems accurately and confidently.
About You
This role will involve travel between Monash Health campuses and accordingly a current Driver's Licence is a mandatory requirement.

What You Need:
- Relevant Qualification (aligned to position description)
- Demonstrated experience (aligned to position description noting no reference to years of experience)
- Current AHPRA registration (if required for profession)
