**Your impact**:

- Manage and maintain people systems and reporting, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, providing a positive experience for new hires and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Coordinate employment benefits administration across all global markets, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries.
- Support offboarding processes, conducting exit interviews, and ensuring smooth transitions for departing employees.
- Maintain accurate documentation for performance reviews, probationary periods, and employee relations matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate support and guidance
- Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR processes.
- Conduct regular surveys and analyse data to measure employee satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Own the implementation of culture and well-being programs to enhance employee morale and motivation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in employee engagement and well-being, incorporating innovative ideas into our strategies.

**About you**:

- Experience in a similar People Operations, Support or HR role
- Passion for people and culture, with a genuine desire to support employees.
- High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics is desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
