Requirement:
Skout Solutions and Ventia are seeking 1 x Project Coordinator/Reporting Analyst for our Telecommunication Contract located at our Melbourne CBD office on Lonsdale Street. The Project Coordinator will fulfill a cross functional role that includes co-ordination of Planned Maintenance (PM) programs and developing reports. They will be responsible in providing work order information to internal and external Field Technicians, monitor work completions, and collaborate with Strategists & Delivery Team to ensure Ventia meets all obligations in respect of routine maintenance and asset management. They are also responsible in supporting the Asset Team in developing reporting for internal & external stakeholders. The role is a 6 months temporary basis, 38 hours a week Monday-Friday.

**Tasks**:

- Monitor subcontractor performance in meeting Ventia and client requirements.
- Assist in resolving work orders issue, rescheduling works, and validating completion.
- Develop reports on a monthly or ad-hoc basis using Microsoft Applications (Excel, MS Access or PowerBI).
- Assist in resolving work orders issue, rescheduling works, manage cost variation in the work orders, and validating completion.
- Coordinate Planned Maintenance programs with Strategist & Delivery Team
- Undertake other duties and assignments as required.

Skills and Experience:

- Recognised qualification in Telepower and Electrical planning and/or the technology field and/or IT qualifications.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to understand data and analytics and provide recommendation and build report as required.
- Intermediate skill in using Microsoft Applications such as Excel, MS Access, PowerBI or SQL Server Management Studio would be highly desirable for this role.
- Experience in Project Coordination and understand end-to-end project management life cycle.
- Ability to work collaborative as part of a team.
- A demonstrated ability to achieve targets
- A quick learner and have a can-do attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and the ability to work autonomously
