The Opportunity

Join our People and Culture team at Vocus as a Reward and Operations Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our employee reward programs and operational initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Vocus who is committed to a positive and rewarding work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support our Reward Lead on our all remuneration, benefits and recognition activity such as annual salary reviews and administering our recognition program.
- Assist in data analysis to evaluate human capital data, drawing meaningful insights to align with Vocus objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and requirements for reward initiatives.
- Support systems and reporting specialists with P&C reporting, analytics requirements, data requests, and survey submissions.
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of our HRIS system to streamline reward processes and data management.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training and communications related to reward programs and processes.

Key Qualifications & Attributes
- Experience in HR, reward management, or related field preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration ability.
