Operational Reporting Analyst 

Zinfra partners with companies across the utility and infrastructure sectors to deliver maintenance, operations, engineering, and construction services. For our partners our work is crucial to maintaining the safety and reliability of their electricity and gas transmission and distribution assets. 

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operational Reporting Analyst to join our team. The role is to enhance operational productivity through the development and maintenance of crucial analytical reports. Collaborating closely with Operations and Senior Management, you will contribute decision-making and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include

Lead detailed financial performance analysis to facilitate decision-making within the business operations. Collaborate in the preparation of the Monthly Business Report. Drive effective and informative analysis of revenues and expenses, taking the lead in aiding managers and staff in budget adherence and variance resolution. Contribute to the continual review of performance against industry best practices for innovation and technology. Ensure effective communication of all results to stakeholders and timely closure of action items within agreed-upon timeframes.

About You

You will have a proactive and can-do attitude, utilizing technical engineering and business skills to ensure the accuracy and relevance of information within specified timeframes. targets. Strong analytical and communication skills are emphasised, along with a commitment to translating data into actionable insights. Ability to create and maintain analytical reports using data analysis tools and methodologies. Experience in supporting Operations and Senior Management for informed decision-making. Proven track record of working independently, meeting deadlines, and achieving operational targets. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and insights effectively.
