Aps3 Mobile Telephony Support Officer

Seeking an APS3 equivalent Mobile Telephony Support Officer with previous experience or knowledge in IT.

**Your new role**
As the Mobile Telephony Support Officer, your daily requirements will include, but will not be limited to:
- Providing desktop hardware and software support.
- Investigating and resolving IT issues.
- Providing written and verbal advice to users.
- Undertaking physical installation tasks.
- Providing support for Microsoft InTune and Mobile Telephony devices.
- Stock maintenance of iOS devices.
- Providing support for VIPs.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Investigating and resolving IT issues; level 1.
- Exemplary customer service skills.
