**About our client**

Our client is a large Australian meat manufacturing company. They are looking to recruit an Office Admin Assistant to join their growing team.

**Responsibilities**
- Providing administration support to the management team
- Providing accurate, professional, and prompt responses to all enquiries
- Order entering
- Ensuring all aspects of communication and information is up to date and recorded digitally.
- Using accounting system (Attache) for invoicing and order’s function

**What is required for the role?**
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional service and support for team members and customers.
- Experience in an office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs especially MS word, Outlook and Excel
- Available to work Monday to Friday 5am -1.30pm
- Flexible work arrangement (My client is open for discussion, part time /full time)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
