**About the role**
This newly created Business Improvement & Performance Lead position will lead a team of specialists to develop and deliver projects within the Ventia Operation Centre (VOC) in Parramatta. You’ll be responsible for continuous improvement and the standardisation of processes, strategy, quality & governance frameworks and learning and development across the different scopes of work from our Ventia operations stakeholders.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Develop content for learning following collaboration from operations stakeholders
- Assist in requests received by the business and recommend solutions for VOC process improvements, performance, learning and quality
- Facilitation of learning programs, care plans and reviews
- Business Performance evaluation work
- Create ongoing communications strategies across the VOC
- Lead the implementation of positive change that is embraced to achieve positive outcomes for the business on a long-term sustainable basis
- Deployment of learning programs via learner management systems (LMS)
- Governance of quality management frameworks and quality controlling

**About you**
You will have 2-3 years’ experience using learner management system/s and sound experience managing projects. You’ll be able to demonstrate your leadership experience and possess strong interpersonal communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders. Desirable if you have contact centre or operations experience.
