**The Opportunity**

You will be joining our Administration team to provide a comprehensive customer focused service to all aspects of the Hospital Front Office and Consulting Rooms. Responsible for effectively performing the administrative duties within the department, you will work as part of a fast-paced team that works cooperatively, sharing roles and responsibilities to meet the needs of the customer.
- Ensuring Hospital standard policies, processes and documentation are successfully implemented and consistently complied with;
- Assist with diary bookings, and enquiries for consultants.
- Assist with administrative functions, ensuring required documentation of daily tasks for accurate handovers.

To succeed in this role, you will bring a professional administrative skillset and, ideally, experience within the Health Industry. You will be a proactive professional with a tight attention to detail and the capability to effectively manage your time throughout the workday.

- Experience with patient management systems (meditech) will be highly regarded
- Strong computer skills with a clear understanding of the MS Office suite
