**About the Role**
Join our team and embark on an exciting opportunity We are seeking experienced change management professionals with emerging or established leadership profiles who are ready to make a lasting impact. In this role, you will have the autonomy to shape change management practice and further develop your skills, contributing to strategic projects with significant impact on the experience of our students

Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, the Senior Change and Communications Manager will lead stakeholder engagement, change readiness and change management for Student and Learning Domain initiatives. This strategic role involves designing, executing, and evaluating change and communications activities to drive outcomes.
- Demonstrate service excellence and strong relationship-building skills to act in the best interest of the University, exceed service expectations, and collaborate effectively.
- Assess initiative documentation and business cases to recommend appropriate change management approaches and resources for effective initiative planning.
- Engage stakeholders in change management activities, providing support through training, communication, and relationship management.
- Provide strategic guidance to leaders and stakeholders on effective engagement and communication strategies for upcoming changes, while addressing change management issues and risks.

You will also have:

- A postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline with significant experience in a project Change Management environment, or an equivalent combination of relevant experiences and/or education/training.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in the leadership and management of change management resources, including coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
- Extensive experience in assessing Change Readiness and evaluating the implementation of Change initiatives.

Change Management certifications will be highly regarded.
