**About the Role**
Exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team in supporting the implementation and roll-out of HR policies and processes, and other related change projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Working with the HR Policy Team, and colleagues across the University, to support the implementation of HR policies and related change projects
- Supporting policy-related projects by creating staff communications, developing written and online guidance, preparing briefing material and designing training materials
- Monitoring and maintaining policy-related online systems and databases
- Undertaking other work that supports the end-to-end policy-related activities and initiatives of the Governance, Risk & Policy team

**Who we are looking for**
Are you a great communicator who can thrive in managing multiple projects? We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, good judgment, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work flexibly across multiple fronts, including respectfully liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders.

You will also have:

- Tertiary qualifications in HR, business/communications or other relevant field required, and/or substantial experience in a similar or equivalent role.
- Experience driving change and transformation in HR-related matters, ideally working across large and complex organisations.
- Experience in the management of communications to support HR change projects, including effective stakeholder engagement and communicating to a wide range of employees.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the proven ability to manage competing priorities, requirements and deadlines across multiple projects, to deliver outcomes successfully.
