**The role**:
Are you ready to be the warm, welcoming face of our North Sydney office? We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a fabulous part-time role. As our Receptionist, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a positive first impression for our customers, suppliers, and partners. This part-time role requires availability four days a week, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
**How you’ll make an impact**:
- Warm Welcome: Greet and welcome visitors with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
- Efficient Communication: Answer and direct phone calls courteously and efficiently.
- Mail Management: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages with precision.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, handling couriers, and managing purchase orders.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support various projects and initiatives.
- Space Management: Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring it reflects our professionalism.
- Multi-Site Support: Partner with the Office Manager to provide seamless support across multiple locations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Positive Environment: Embrace opportunities to have fun and foster a positive work environment for everyone.
