Wesfarmers Health

**About the role***:
We’re seeking a Supplier Strategy Manager to lead and optimize our cross-functional relationships with suppliers. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the Supplier Relationship Management framework and strategies. You'll work closely with our API Wholesale and Priceline teams, evaluating supplier performance across all touchpoints to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborating with internal Category Managers, Business Category Managers, and Heads of, you will drive the development of business plans aimed at achieving win/win results. Your expertise will be instrumental in setting growth strategies for suppliers and coordinating the annual Joint Business Plan (JBP) process for key suppliers.

Additionally, as a Supplier Strategy Manager, you will take the lead on the API Wholesale Supplier Marketing program, directing supplier communications and events to strengthen our partnerships. You will play a pivotal role in developing the capabilities of our commercial teams through coaching and strategic direction, ensuring the adoption of best practices that align with company objectives and drive success. **What **you’ll **bring:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in category management or key account management in retail, wholesale, or FMCG
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record in people leadership and development
