Wesfarmers Health includes 73 company-owned Priceline stores, 396 Priceline pharmacy franchise stores and 89 Clear Skincare clinics and is also a wholesale distributor of pharmaceutical goods. **What you’ll do:
Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Strategic thought leadership to create a strategy surmising the story behind the range of product and services.
- Provide leadership across the value stream, and end-to-end execution from insight to purchase to supply chain to instore and final clearance.
- delivering budgeted and unbudgeted revenue and sales growth with complete liability for the OTC category P&L.
- accountable for overseeing the way Wesfarmers Health maximises the benefits of cross-functional relationships with suppliers. Accountable for the ongoing purchasing strategy and activity and ensuring optimal supplier performance and price.

**What you’ll bring:
Other attributes and experiences that will make you succeed include:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review many supplier touchpoints and data to identify trends, business drivers and areas for focus and opportunity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated creativity in the development of innovative solutions required within a complex environment
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with an understanding of government and scheme compliance requirements would be desirable but not essential. Bachelor’s degree is highly desired.
